Hey Jeanne – you are right! It is a grain, but it’s the least intrusive for athletes that need carbohydrates to preform in their sport. Gal is a cyclist (coached by Matt!) and his workouts require a lot of carbs! :-)

As you know, I build nutrition programs for my clients based; on their goals and challenges they want to overcome. Everybody is different!
