Refund & Return Policy

We are happy to refund the purchase price of any product within sixty days (60) days of the original purchase date. We do value our customer feedback and if you are dissatisfied for any reason please let us know and we will refund your money.

Replacement Policy

We will replace any damaged or defective product and send out a replacement product as long as you have the receipt. We may, at our discretion, require the return of the defective product at our expense for examination to help us determine the cause of the defect. 

Return Process

To initiate the refund or replacement process, please email us at info@uminus20.com and include “requesting a refund” in the subject line. We will email you instructions.

You must be able to send us a copy of the purchase receipt for the product being returned if requested.
