I started using this roughly two weeks ago. On the first few days I noticed a few changes , but nothing drastic. Over the two weeks I kept a close watch on my weight. I had lost around 7 pounds. I have been very aware of my diet recently. My doctor basically said I needed to lose about 50 pounds. I have not been feeling hungry. I have been sleeping better, but here is the thing that shocked me. I work in the insurance industry and talking to people all day long their are times when I lacked focus or concentration mainly in the afternoon hours. I found myself listening more direct and tuned into all of their questions. I will keep a close eye on it up until I run out and in all honesty if I keep feeling like this I will continue the process.Steve Beaty, Indianapolis Indiana
