I am a 64 year old and a competition water-skier. I train hard 5-6 days per week doing challenging Cardio-fit classes and yoga in preparation for the upcoming ski season I have lost 12 pounds of fat and increased my strength. I cannot wait to get back on the water! The combination of less weight and increased strength and endurance will definitely add to my buoy count.
