I am a 64 year old and a competition water-skier. I train hard 5-6 days per week doing challenging Cardio-fit classes and yoga in preparation for the upcoming ski season I have lost 12 pounds of fat and increased my strength. I cannot wait to get back on the water! The combination of less weight and increased strength and endurance will definitely add to my buoy count.
PLUS, with U-20, I do not experience the flushed, tingling skin and increased heart rate I was experiencing with other workout/energy drinks. I just notice I can complete my workouts with more energy, strength and stamina than ever before. Thank you U-20 for creating such an amazing product!
